Know exactly what your end-of-service gratuity is worth — in seconds. Free, private, no sign-up, and available in English and Arabic.
Fill in your details and your estimated end-of-service benefit will appear here instantly — with a full breakdown of how it was calculated.
The calculation follows Saudi Labor Law Articles 84–87 — the same rules HR departments and labor courts apply.
Half a month's wage for each of your first five years of service, then one full month's wage for every year after that. Partial years count proportionally, day by day.
Article 84If your employer ends the contract, you keep 100%. If you resign, a sliding scale applies: nothing under 2 years, one-third from 2–5 years, two-thirds from 5–10 years, and the full amount from 10 years.
Article 85The default basis is your last basic wage. Some contracts include allowances such as housing in the gratuity wage — check your contract, and use the toggle to compare both.
Articles 86–87Your entitlement depends on how the employment ended and how long you served.
